So from the sound of the title you would think I had a cold. No, no cold, just how my body rolls now. I sneeze everyday now, not sure why. I always have a snotty nose-this is a symptom of pregnancy. Your body increases mucous for areas like your va jay-jay to help stretch it out (Yuck!), and so other areas see an increase of mucous, including your nose, and surprisingly my ears seem to be really dirty every day too (Yuck again!)
I have been having weird cramps and aches in my lower abdomen and I am going to call my doctor today about this. The cramps seem to be more prevalent when I am walking. My back aches, but it is a totally different ache that I am used to with my back. It is lower and feels like it may be more in my hips. So, overall, it just feels like I am a 10 year old with growing pains!
It snowed in the Bay Area last night and it is freezing! My computer says it is 39 degrees at 7 am in SF. Burrrrr....

all that extra mucous is also around your joints...which can cause the hip pain. just think of it as your body adjusting/getting ready for the baby. you gotta push a watermelon out eventually, and you'll be thankful that your hips had to get flexible in order for that to happen! :)
ReplyDeleteWhat did the doc say about it? Love ya.
