Eggs Benedict

So, I weighed myself this AM, and I lost weight.  I now have only gained 0.8 lbs since my first weigh in at the doc.  This is more like it people!  You all may be shaking your head on why I am so concerned with this.  I can not gain too much weight since I am overweight already!  The less I gain now, means I can gain the normal amount (1 lb a week) during the 2nd and 3rd trimester.  Now we know full well that the scale may be lying to me, but it makes me feel better.  I am assuming all my fiber eating is treating me right and so what did I do?  I went out and ate eggs Benedict for breakfast!  So much for that!

Obese (BMI 30 or greater) 11 to 20 pounds (about 5 to 9 kilograms)
